Business partners for hire
Ninety-Eight was founded on 1 January 2020 — the first day of the decade — and closed its first client the same night: a Delhi nightclub, pitched in person, to a friend’s father. Six years on, that is still the method. Rooms, not inboxes. A recommendation defended in one paragraph, that you can act on by Monday.
We are a creative and strategic firm that works as a business partner, not a vendor. We sell judgement, not hours. Two verticals sit under that. Talent & Branding represents athletes, creators and founders as agency of record — one inbox, one voice, one answer to what the name is worth — and runs the same system on businesses: positioning that reads like a point of view, an identity that survives the feed, and, when we believe in the outcome, equity instead of fees. Marketing is seven instruments — branding, PR & media, creators, paid & search, social, production, events — each carrying one real number from a case you can open.
The book so far: 70+ brands, 35 documented cases, an exclusive contract with Ishant Sharma, three restaurant awards for one client group in a single year, and a coffee campaign that reached 6.9 million people without a rupee of paid media. We publish our sourcing. Where there is no case yet, the page says so.

Sourcing. Every line above is already on this site or in its case archive: the founding and the founder from the firm’s own record; the awards from the Times Food Awards and UNLIMIT 2023 citations in the Yum Yum Cha Group case; the 6.9M from Slay Coffee (combined follower reach, 22 verified handles, zero paid); the contract from the Ishant Sharma case. Reach is combined follower reach, not impressions, and we say so.
